Returns & Exchanges

We want you to wear your Boston Scally cap with pride, so if the fit isn't spot on, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or swap.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to pull up your purchase history.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific cap or apparel item you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason so we can improve our gear.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
